Dear Sir, I am a saving bank account (No. 62065179707) holder in state bank of hyderabad, branch at Carrier Aircon Complex, Village Kherki Dhaula, Narsinghpur, Gurgaon – 122001. I have raised an issue to above bank for the failed ATM transaction for not disbursing the INR 10, 000 (ten thousand Rupees only)held on April 25, 2014, but the amount was deducted by bank from my saving account. The complaint was raised on April 26, 2014. From the Bank landline number I got the contact details of Mr. deepak choudhary who used to deal with such cases (ATM transactions) from bank side. I contacted him with several emails and telephonically, but he didnot respond to any of them. Till date I didnot get any support or any solution from the bank side. I am in urgent need of my money which was unnecessarily deducted by the bank and now the bank is not even bother to answer my calls and emails.
