I have an account in State Bank of Travancore,Kodumon(Dist-Pathanamthitta) (No.67138837241) from last 3 years. I had tried to withdraw the money for Rs.5,000/- from SBT ATM,Kodumon on 01.12.2011 and the message has come “sorry timed out” and I did not get the money from said ATM. I again tried to withdraw the money for Rs.5,000/- from Federal Bank,Parakode ATM on the same day and the the result was same “sorry timed out”. Unfortunately the same amount wrongly debited from account. The next day i.e.02.12.2011 I had met the Branch Manager,SBT(Kodumon) to inform him about the wrong transaction and he instructed to complaint against this transaction and i complained. The next day SBT’s ATM transaction amount automatically credited to my account for Rs.5,000/- on as 01.12.2011. But the Federal Bank ATM transaction amount not credited to my account. Then he filed complaint to Federal Bank on 02.12.2011 about the wrong transaction and i had signed on that paper.They told me that, the same amount will automatically credit within 10 days. Today is 30.12.2011 but the amount not credited to my account yet. I already sent reminder notice to Branch Manager about this issue. I request you to kindly take necessary action against this issue.
