Account balance debitation

I am calling to custumer care from last 15 days . One scheme was activated on my 8128197641 on 25 – 11 . I had deactivated that scheme on 25-11. But even after deactivating the scheme one rupee is debeted from my account every day.
So please stop my account debetation or other wise i will port to any other service. Continue reading →

I got wrong informtion from the loop customer care executive namely manoj,vikas(mumbai,pune)… and my balance deducted 25rs within two days…. i asked them for refund and i begged them but their is no response from them….my parents doubts me for the balance deduction pleas help me to get 25rs back to me…..
