i have been using airtel from last 4years. 9995508134 was my first number & unfortunately i lost the number.Now i have 2airtel nos. 9633857714 & 9895773867. both these nos are being charged very high call rate compared to my other airtel friends. i dont wish to use airtel anymore. 121 customer care service is provide a verry verry bad service.
they drop a when we are talking, it happend everytime.
but now i have to complain about sms charges, i m recharge a sms pack of rs 47 it works on all local& national sms is free then why itcharge me a 0.10 paisa per national sms. Plz reply me & solvethe problem as soon as possible..

I travelled along with my wife from Pune to Delhi in Kingfisher Airline IT153 on 25th October 2011. (PFA)
To submit LTA I need boarding passes. But unfortunately I missed them.

So, I request you to issue me certificate that I travelled by your airlines on that day for LTA benefit.
