After 100 Rs. topup on 14.11.11. did not get full talktime in my mobile No. 9831630484 whereas in my other mobile (9903878951) I have received the full talktime & Free SMS of Rs.10 for 100 Rs. topup on the same date & time.

Cheating/ Deduction of Balance

online topup has not taken place
i had used the topup option to topup my mobile number 9420820753 on the 14th nov2011 with Rs220/- via netbanking of SBI. Till the 15th, my balance was still showing the amount prior to the topup. Then on the 15th again i topuped with Rs.55/- through the same facility. Today is the 17th and till date my balance is still the old balance prior to the 14thof nov. kindly look into the matter
