On 28th May’2010(7:16 pm) my wife purchased the item of Rs.499.50 from the Big Bazaar, Bagha Jatin’ kolkata with her
debit card(RRN. 014813462002). But we found there was another transaction(POS purchase) taken place of Rs.948.30 from her
account with the same debit card for some other bill(RRN.014813520409) in the same day.

i paid my bill on last date 27.04.2010 but late fee was charged in next bill. I have the receipt of the Airtel authorized money collector agency. Further in my next bill same thing happened i.e. paid my bill on last date 27.05.2010 but payment receipt by airtel was confirmed by sms on receipt for 28.05.2010. I as having the recepit also. Rs. 11 SMS offer

I recharged with Rs.11 for SMS( 1ps 1sec) in the month of December 2009, it is said that after every 30days it will be automatically recharged. But till date(29th may 2010) no auto recharge is done. From January 2010 every month i called up customer care RCOM,they raise a complaint and ask me to wait for 48Hrs to activate, then resolve for that particular month only. Continue reading →

short supply of water

Dear sir

I have ben facing problem of short supply of water for last 3 months, My K NO. is 1812000921 & connection no. is 74016-k, area is 12/nw-4, We live at 2nd floor & construction is being carried out at 3rd floor & i doubt that builder has taken connection from our metered line, as he is not having any water meter & is using lot of water for construction activities.
