Job Order on 03/02/2010 for Changing Bearing in Washing Machine.I called Engineer on 27/01/2010,He came and make job order on 03/02/2010.until 18/02/2010 we have called many times to chennai office same slogan is repeated for last 3 weeks that they will send spare (bearing) to day.

Non receipt of Family Pension for last 9 months vide PPO.No.08/14/B/19928/1988 & 08/14/B/CORR/10085/2000 (IAF).All Legal formalities & Intimation to concern agencies been catered at the earliest(JULY 22 2009 Vide Letter No.RO/2801/400341/17723HD/P & WW(FP) )As an elderly widow Yours good Office prompt action is my last option left to appeal for. Mobile Network cheating, fooling customers

The mobile no. 9780334856 was recharged with the following packs on 10.2.2010:
599=625 talktime
75=unlimited sms pack valid for 30 days with initial limit of 30,000.
28=1p/sec for 365 days

On 12.2.2010 after 9 pm I was charged Rs.85-90(from main balance of 625) for outgoing sms when RC75 unlimited sms pack was active(valid for 30 days) & 5090 sms were still left out of initial 30000 sms.
