I’ve bought a Videocon color TV on 12th oct’2008. But after buying it the set having problems like sparking occurs again & again.I have to repair the set by technicians for 4 times within 1 year.I have told the technician that as the set is facing problems repeatedly I want total replacement of the whole set or repair the set properly.

I have taken two policies Called Capital Gain 2,nos are:
0124023516 and 0124518618 (this one is in the name of my wife,Mrs Sudha Sinha).
These policies were taken through Standard Chartered Bank,Patna in the month of March 2009.
Till date we have not received the Policies Documents.
Several reminders have been done to Bajaj and also The Bank,but no result.
