SMS Charges are automatically get renewed from my account (9447879192) in spite of several complaints and reporting in person to the authorities.On 23rd March the deducted from my a/c Rs 30 for ‘Health alerts’. But no Health alert message is received inthe entire month. Complainted given the number but not only any kind of redressal on April 23rd again renewed it deducting Rs 30 again by +5400030. Complainted, received the docket number23044104377 from BSNL. Visited local BSNL office here and the assured that it is rectified. Now today on 23rd may again deducted the same amount of Rs 30/- now this time for Astrology service for which I never received any message. To sum up Rs 30×3 is deducted total without sending any message
