i sanjeeb sarkar is a great fan of your mobile service. my mobile no is +919597606541 and i’m currently in Thanjavur a small city of Tamil Naidu. The day i joined with Airtel India my complains of bad network, bad services n all the worse conditions which no one want to face was over ..but this thinking changing drastically as i have not been informed of ur AD-Temptation Island subscription and features they have subscribed it on my cell. Further, they deducted 15 rupees from my account to that effect with out prior permission from me and the worse of it when i contacted custermer care to lodge complain against it they simply disconnects the call,.

sir, with due respect for company , i want to say this type of behaviour towards custermer is effecting your company goodwill.

i further, wanna say please unsubscribed the said feature and return back my deducted amount.
