my name is vinod gaikwad and i am using vodafone prepaid my number is 9764475475 ..in the month of july i hv used sms service by recharging my acount ..but after then from 1 aug 2010 company have been activated the same service without my permission and they have charged me 325 rupees for just 2 months…i hv talked with mr nitin gaikwad of vodafon ..but they didnt refund me my money ..in this two months only 154 messages sent from my number…vodafone activated two services …rs 26 sms pack…and rs 66 sms pack…and in this two months they charged more than that…pls take some serious action against this…..
