Hi ~ I have purchased flat at Avalon Rosewood property in Bhiwadi on the 11th Floor which is not yet approved and is illegal. The Avalon team acknowledged and accepted that the project is not yet approved for building over 8th Floor. Prior approval of the 11th Floor, Avalon issued allotment letter / BBA(buyer builder agreement) of un-authorized property which is still not approved by the government and sent demand letter for further amount due at start construction. In addition, I have been charged to pay interest on illegal allotments. While chasing them and asking to refund my money back what all I have paid, they are saying if we cancel the flat they will charge cancellation charges which could be about 10% of BSP ( Basic Selling Price) which is complete cheating. I do not want to continue investing in their project and need Avalon to clear our Full and Final payment along with interest incurred.
