Aviva customer care denied free look request coz reqest has process by myself
over 15 days due to i was out of town coz some health problem. i had not read
policy agreement when i read the think its not acceptable for me. i mail the
customer care gruop sevreal time but are not supported.

Dear Customer care group
Yesterday again I received the original policy agreement with one letter
which I scanned and attached with mail and today sending the original policy
documents to your main office again. I had already forward you request letter
with original document and written request which I clearly mention foreclosed
or free look cancelation.
You very keen about term and condition and we have to follow it its imp but
what my request about I had not read the agreement coz I was out of town due
to some health issue and your forcing me repeatedly our 15th days free look
period has over..Gone!!!!
Just I am expecting refund my money as earliest, immediate stop my bank ECS
and canceal /terminate the whole agreement which written in your letter and
please consider these mail for any above action. I am ready and happy with
your terms and conditions if you can refund the amount.
Please whatever as per term and condition proceeds soon. Our ECS due on
16th/06/2010.
I can’t go with aviva policy anymore. Please do the needful as soon as
earliest.

My self ravindra pendharkar these is my request to you please kindly look
into the matter and guide me and give me the drection to solve the issue. or
place the issue to aviva desk.
Aviva customer care group are not support me my question is simple i had not
read the policy document due to out of station some health problem and
without read how i accept the aggreement anyways i am not aware of term and
conditions and there manager/advisors are left the service and its one of the
big group and not supported the client simple query.
when i read the document and not accepted they said your freelook period is
gone. if it is the only rule i will ready to accept all these if there terms
only as per guidelines.
In future i cant try for any policy with life insurance private companies its
huge pending issue at google/yahoo side and consumer are crowding, custmer
care are not supported coz misselling and frequently left who sold the
plocies. it non of my busines but life insurance not only busines all time
somewere its social causes and we are not happy.

look period is has already expired. Hence you are not giving any refund.
Optimistically I did not know about what “free look period” is and what
are the terms and conditions.
One of my family member received the policy agreement/document on prescribe
period after enforce date. At that period I was out of town for 30 days due
to some health problem.
When I saw all the document papers of the policy document, I came to know and
realize that its really late.
As per this, I don’t have any option / choice but to continue this
agreement. Still if you can consider my request of cancellation and refund of
my premium amount. I’ll be highly obliged to Aviva Relationship services.
I request you again to cancel all ECS requests at the earliest and I will be
obliged if you can release the fund.
Thanks for great coordination and service transit. Kindly do the needful at
your earliest.
