I sri kuber Pradhan bearing policy no-APG1849232,with Aviva life insurance company under pension plus policy,unfortunately i had signed the document without knowing the details regarding the policy and accordingly I have paid three instalment Rs.25000/- each to the company & couldnot able to deposit the balance two instalment due to my financial problem.when it matured i requested to the company to withdraw my full matured amount.But the company personnel including the customer care, CRO denying to settle my maturity value rather than compelling to take the same with anuity option.It is for your kind information my wife is bedrideen and i am with bareneed of money.in this moment wheather i will elligible to getback/surrender my policy or not.wheather the company has right to stail my hardearned moneis with them.
