Hi, i had ordered for a product on Rediff Shopping website, they redirected the order to AVK marketing, and told 7 days for delivery of theproduct, its already 10 days , niether the order has been delivered, nor my money has been refunded, Customer care cuts the phone saying its still waiting for dispatch. I have mailed them 4 times, and got no response. I want a refund immidiately.
