Dear Sir, I have already registered my complain to first level officer having reference no 8581161 but did not got any answers from bank, Hence I am approaching you. With due respect, Since last more than a year my account was deducted for around Rs. 750 (including service tax) at each quarter without any communication and information from my account in the name of CONSOLIDATED CHARGES. Almost Rs 5200.00 was deducted since last more than a year. When I approached bank,they said we change our bank category in urban class which required 10000 Rs. minimum balance, When I said how you can suddenly change the category of city in which you bank exist then they said nothing. I also said and they should at least inform me about such changes to customers and minimum balance required due to this change then they regretted me told they will return the amount once i maintain 10000 rs. I did but they are still deducting amount from my account and nothing happened.
