Dear Axis Bank, I applied on 24th December 2014 for a online FD worth Rs. 100,000 in Axis Bank. My account is in Axis Bank Gandhinagar (Gujarat) branch. My hometown is in Bareilly (UP) so online i applied to open my FD in Bareilly (UP) branch. I got call from Mr. Mayank (from Axis Bank Bareilly Branch) and he said that your FD will be opened only from Gandhinagar Branch. Now I am very much confused where i have to talk??My balance got deduct from my savings account but FD not issued to me till today and I am very much worried by this type of behavior of Axis Bank.. Kindly refund me my full amount or send me my FD as soon as possible on my Hometown Address : 131, West End Colony, C.B.Ganj, Bareilly (UP) – 243502.
