Axis Bank – Check Misplace

My grandfather deposited a cheque of 11,960 on 24 Dec in Axis Bank Chembur.He was told that it will cleared by 27/12/2013but it has not been cleared yet. In fact I called the customer care number today and they told that no such entry about the cheque is available with them and they raise a complaint about missing cheque. complaint number : 8782368.

I want compensation for your inconvenience and the fact I have to give the other person the finance I have taken with Interest from him. Bank sector cannot do all this rubbish things as I have to deal with this inconvenience caused from your side.
