Dear Sir, My self Dr. T.Krishna Kumari was given a credit card by one of your customer in 2012. My card No. is 5305620000052247. I used this card only for one time. I was not knowing that i need to pay yearly rent for this. One day a month back i got a message asking me to pay 522 rupees against my credit card. I did not receive any statement except either to my mail or by post. I just received the sms. I thought that there was some mistake and just ignored it. Exactly after one month i got another sms asking me to pay 922 rupees . I went to Axis Bank in Matha towers vijayawada on 18th of this month and surrendered the Credit card to the concernd Officer Kum.SAILAZA . I paid the amount of Rs 922/- as was asked by you . The cheque number 000019 of HDFC Bank from the joint account of mine and my Husband duly signed by Husband who happend to be the primary account holder. But today i got another message asking me to pay around Rs 1600/- . I am not able to understand. Even after surrendering my card to your officer which was destroyed by your people before me why i am getting this kind of messages. At the same time I request you to tell me what was the mistake i have done. Please send my cheque back to me if it is not honored by any reasons. I gave my cell no.to you and address is very much with you. I will try to solve the problem with immediate effect with your kind cooperation. Hence i request you not to go on adding fine to my due since my card was already surrendered in your Bank. I request you to send all the statements also. yours T.KRISHNA KUMARI
