I was talked to Customer care Executive on 30th & 31st Oct for wave off the overlimit charges & how much I Paid the amount for not any charge in next month of overlimit charges.He told to me you deposit Rs. 840/ in this time & will not be any charge in next month.But as per credit card statement charge in Nov & Dec of overlimit charges. And I wall talked with customer executive on 31st Dec for wave off this, he has denied about this. then after I am demanding the recording of 31st Oct for this statement. But he is not provide to me. And Card Details are below:- Credit Card No:- 5241780001476238 name– Deepak Kumar Jha Bank name– Axis Bank Complaint No:-8802698

I have lost Rs. 1123/- for this miscommuncation 561 in November month & 561 in December for overlimit charge.
