My internet login id has been disabled by bank without any reason and any intimation have mostly operate my account online,i had visit many times to branch,but they were not given any proper response,i had called many times to customer care no.,but they never show interest in my problem,due to this problem,one day i was not able to transfer amount to my friend,and i had loss of Rs.5000

Rs.5000 Loss due to this poor customer service and i had spent many times conveyance and telephone charges for reach to axis bank.

i want to enable my internet login id and my loss of money Rs.5000 and my Rs.500 conveyance and wastage of my time and money.
