My student account has been converted to regular savings bank account and hence heavy charges have been deducted for not maintaining the same. My grievance is that the Bank never took my consent, never even intimated me regarding the same, I have been contacting the manager since last 3 months and he too has been stalling me and hence amounting to my despair. I am still a student and not in position to maintain such a high maintenance account and they did the same without even a slight bit of intimation to me.

I want my unjustified deduction to be reversed.
