Axis Bank – transactions got failed amount debited

I had done a recharge of Rs. 175 two times, both of the transactions got failed, the order number of these two transactions are 189045201 and 189044548 and the respective transaction ID’s are 9B7EC7077057D4EC and 457E02ADA1482514. For both these transactions neither i received any refund in my bank account nor they paid me cashback through their Paytm Cash Account. I had filed grievances many times over their site but they are responding to me with same answer i.e. KINDLY FILL ALL YOUR DETAILS and it is kindly submitted by me that all my particulars are duly filled and has been verified already.

I want my money amounting to Rs. 350/- back and I want Paytm to resolve their system’s issue so that any consumer having their service does not encounter any problem. More over I had gone to Cyber Cafe’s many times for getting my money back. So I want to claim Rs. 100/- over and above to recover my expenses.
