Axis Bank under Amitabh Choudhary is trying to reform itself. However, most of the systems are legacy which do not work. For example, the bankers call and inform me that there is a pre approved offer for credit card, however I do not find the same in my online banking interface. Then the banker gives a different link to login with the same online banking credentials.

I logged in and checked the pre approved cards. However, they all came with Yearly Fees while the executives told no yearly fees at all. Worst thing is for every statement, there is a * mark which is not explained at all. Worst Mistake the Bank has done is they do not have Terms & Conditions description which is also a violation of the RBI Master Circular of Credit Cards as shown below.

Will Amitabh Choudhary dare to bring in Transparency in Axis Bank Operations or Will it be a Rip Off in the name of Digital India as we all know what kind of Hidden Fees etc are charged by these Credit Card companies?
