This complaint is for Ayush Hospital in Bhubaneswar. My Mother had a Cardiac pain and she was hospitalised around 2230hrs in the hospital ON 24TH Nov 15.There was no cardiac doctor available and available doctor started doing some diagnosis. My father and sister was not allowed meet the patient and neither any status was updated. She was still suffering with the cardiac pain. Whole night no status was updated and on the next day one of the doctor said that there is no cardiac problem she is ok. However she was going thru pain. My mother was also not served with breakfast on the next day after repeated request she was given the food.

The actual cardiologist reported at 1100 hrs on that 25th Nov 15 till that time my mother was not attended with cardiology. It was more than 12 hrs she was going thru cardiac pain and family members were not updated with the status. The Cardiology doctor after seeing the patient said that she is having cardiac problem and due to lack of instrument she will not be treated anymore here. With no treatment and lack of negligence my father was billed Rs.14000 with no treatment. I demand the refund of the money paid my father because of there negligence and apology from the hospital team with compensation of 5 lakhs.My mother who is a cardiac patient was attended by a cardiology after 12 hrs still then also she was going thru pain.When she was discharged she was still going thru pain.

The doctors are careless.My father was crying to meet my mother.The GABAR movie hospital scence was again recreated at Ayush Hospital on that day which is actually the real scenario of todays day today life. Humans are ill treated like animals.No timely treatment only Money is what they want to grab from the patients..
