my number is 9910785833 i have this number for past 3 years.
the number is being used by my grandma.
from last 4 months the outgoing calls are barred ( prepaid number have enough balance) as they want fresh documents.
we have submitted the documents nearly 5 times.
one was submitted at pusa road outlet (near city hospital) and punjabi bagh and 3 times ur executive have collected them.
till date the number is not functioning and the reason i get is no documents.
when i call customer care i have to make 20 calls and no one responds to the query and when they do the answer i get is please submit the documents.
is this what world class service you give to senior people.
shame on you stop giving sims coz u r nthing bt a b grade company.
i am myself working in telecom sector and a airtel fan bt after this i would be surrending all the airtels number and will ask others to do the same.
my company was switching to airtel from vodafone and we were taking 1500 connections and i will make sure we dont do it now.
