Disputed since19/03/02 Policies No:890921000 & 890920711(in the name of Girish B. Parekh) & No:890920996 & 890921022(in the name of Anil J. Salot). Verbal commitment of providing back dating by agent was not fullfilled when policy received. Hence premium amount was increased and pension/maturity amount were decreased. Mrs.Panchmatia at LIC’s Santacruz office and Mr.Ram at Colaba’s main office were reported about this fraud. They insisted that, back dating require was not mentioed in proposal form and therefore they are not able to revert the policies.
Due to deliberate fraud by agent
we are incurring heavy loss on policies. If agent is traced, we ‘re sure he will reveal the truth.
