bad after sale service and no repair of whirlpool refrigator purchased on 16.10.07

since the date of purchase the refrigerator has gone out of order four times in two years but the service engineer do not come or respond untill i get it repaired by the private mechanic but the call centre will call me in odd time after three to four days of complain only to know the details of the complain .The company makes a tall claim to provide after sale service within 24 hours of the complain but they do not attend to this complain at all.
