I have bought an inverter from this Dealer six months back. The Name of the Dealer is Amarjeet Singh and name of his company is Empower Systems. His No. is 9871111786. The Inverter has 2 years warranty. And it’s not at all working. still they are not doing anything. I have asked him to install microtek inverter but he has given me this 3rd class inverter of any TruePower Company and said it’s really works good. now when its not working, we have called the dealer but he is not picking up the phone and if he picks then he tell us that today i will something. but he didn’t do anything from last six months. he is just giving us a tension. it is a mental harrasment of a customer. one he/she is paying the maoney for the product and then not getting the right product and service.
