bad behaviour of customer care officer

i am airtel customer from approx 6 years, i am rarely communicate with airtel customer care

but today i rechage Rs.200/- prepaid connection but i got only approx 100 against it
generlly i got rs. 80/- when i recharge for rs. 100.

for this matter i talk to airtel customer care Mr Sourabh Dheeman, but exective behavior is very bad & tonfully, he try to show me all mistake done by me very unofficial manner, the guy talk to me like there is no respect of cutomer who has prepaid connection.

i ask his full name , he refused to tell, then i asked to give call someone else, he did

then i talk to MR ADITYA, knwo his full name.

he some body try to hide his name, he never be honest to any industry

the way he talk to me, i forget the my query but ashemed and feel bed as customer of airtel

mr aditya tell me if your recharge the Rs. 198 then you got rs 88+88
and if i rechage for rs.200 then i got approx 103

so this is not sound good , if it is policy/ prodcut norms, then condemned it

at last i am request you to pls dont take action mr sourbah dheeman, but remind him how to talk to customer

and give the remmaing amout of rechage to my PH NO which is not credited to me yet because of your un logical scheme.
