I am writing this complaint with a very much hurt feeling.
Case No.1
My family friend send a Onam gift for me and my wife from Kochi (Kerala) through Tackon Courier Pvt. Ltd. on 20-Aug.2010. The gift contain 1 sari & 1 shirt worth The f AWB No 200755119. We received this gift on 23rd Aug-2010 morning and very happy we opened the pack and we had seen the sari only. We thought that they sent only sari. by the discussion with my friend he told that he sent a sari and a shirt and we received only the sari. I checked throughly the pack and found somebody cut the back side of the envelop very wisely and removed the shirt and put packing tape again. I complained the Trackon Courier Faridabad region agent (Mr. Ranjeet – 9711446545) and his reply was “we got like this and we delivered as it is”. I try to contact Trackon’s head office but nobody is picking up the phone. It was a very sad moment for us that the gift was missed.
Case No.2
For my official purpose from Mumbai somebody send a cd box to me on 20th Aug 2010 through the same Trackon Courier Pvt. Ltd. (AWB no – 203581661) courier service and till the date I did not receive that. I asked again Trackon Faridabad region agent(Mr. Ranjeet . 9711446545) they don’t have any idea about this.
Now my question is
Are these people are doing courier service or some thing else?
What is the guaranty of service Trackon is providing?
How can I get my gift and the cd pack?
Who is answerable for these case?
Now what is the compensation I can get?
