I just want to bring this in to your notice that your company’s staff don’t deal properly with the customers. I am a Hyundai’s customer. Several months before i bought a new Santro car from Novelty Hyundia located on GT Road, Amritsar. I am totally dissatisfied with the service of this company. Last month on 3/04/2010 i gave my car in your company’s service center to get serviced but i face many troubles created by your company’s staff members to get back my car. They commit me that they will deliver the car on 9/04/2010 but they didn’t deliver my car on the commited date and they deliver the car on 13/04/2010 moreover they also changed the tyers off my car, they replace the new tyres of my car with the old once. When I came to know about the replacement of tyres I went to the service center with my complaint but the staff didn’t listen at all.
That’s why I am writing this to the company. So, kindly take some action on my complaint and replace the tyers of my car. If no action would be taken I’ll go to media.
