i place a order of looto shoes online order no.33418085 dated 14/11/2013. amount deducted on same day via my debit card. till date i have not received the order & not given any satisfacory anser. i call there customer care no. 4-5 times they always say wait for 1 or 2 days. at the time of booking delivery time was 4to 5 days.

Mentaly disturb.

40 times fine of disputed amount.
