I have placed order on 2nd August 2013 for following product : Product Name : CONVERSE AS CANVAS HI-03FPL1076-NAVY-9 Size: 9 Color: Blue Order No: 33145425 Total Payable: Rs 899/ But wrong shoe of size 10 were sent which I had return to the company on 28th August 2013. I have not received product after words & I have asked for money back which has also not been done. Its almost 3 month since now. I have just told complaint will be resolved. The customer care are arrogant & not giving any response rather cut the call.

I want my full money back in cash i.e. Total Payable: Rs 899/- which I gave on delivery.
