i bought a numero uno footware costing rs 1338/-including tax (order no 278206) from bag it today on 30/03/2013.after one month the shoes start tearing,on my complain the company advice me to send the shoes.which i did on 18/05/2013.after more than a month time,the company informed me that shoes of my size is not available,so they are giving credit points which can be used for buying another product for this i was asked to provide my login id.this i did on 20 july’13. till now the company has not given any credit point nor intimate me their intention. and there is no response for my numerous emails and phone calls
refund rs 1338/- or replacement with another shoes,plus relief for wasting time and harassing me
