Had been committed of two sets of different products during time of on-line transaction and also that the money paid by me would be credited back to my account. However received only one set of products and after that when I contacted I was informed that the other set shall not be given to me. After prolonged conversations via mail & over phone (Recordings of which I do not have) I was informed that I would be given a FREE LAPTOP which I promptly refused. Also in response to my communication I was forwarded one recording of a Verification Call. When I enquired about the other recordings I was politely but firmly informed that they (M/S BAGITTODAY) have destroyed the other recordings and thereby acting on their own had destroyed evidence.

Value of above mentioned with interest from date of payment made by me; compensatory aamount of INR 1000000/- for mental stress & agony.
