Dear sir/mam, I ordered one sports shoes on 27 Oct 2013 (order no 33376527). When I ordered it was in stock and shown delivery time 3-7 days. I paid full amount (Rs 472/-) by online banking. This product was not delivered till today. I sent two email, called three time to customer care of bagittoday.com. I got email which felt sorry and promised to deliver item very soon and told same thing on phone. One day I received call, he told me that amount will be refunded very soon. After that when amount was not refunded then I contacted customer care he told me that item will me delivered within one week, same thing was said in their email. But I didn’t get till now.

1. My item may please be delivered immediately. 2. I may please be given Rs 2500.00 as compensation.
