On 15th december 2012 I got from a call from a representative from bagittoday.Com whose name is sachin. Saying that I am one of the 10 winner in a lucky draw of bagittoday.Com and offered the free gift of a blackberry bold 9900 and a dell laptop. He said for that I need to purchase a two tour packages from bagittoday and asked my debit card details. I denied to give it, then he said I can directly purchase this packages from bagittoday.Com and give me the link to make the order. First I have a doubt about this gift offer but later I thought that bagittoday is a group from india today and I trust this and purchased the packages. After that he said I will get a verification from the tour department and will explain about the tour packages and its terms and I need to accept it. He said as it is only the tour department, they do not know about the free gift I am getting, so they will only say about the details of tour and said I only need to accept it. He said once I accept the verification can they will process the free gift and will dispatch it on the same day. As there is no response from the representative I called him back. He said lot of excuses and disconnect the call. Later there is no response from his. I doubt about this and searched about this in google and I was shocked to see lot of complaints against bagittiday do this fraud to the people in india. After that I send email to the customer care to cancel my order and need refund without saying the reason. Soon I got the response from the support asking for the reason.Later I explained and reason about my cancellation after that there is no response for my email from anyone. After that I called to the customer care number and explained all this thing. And that representative said I will get a call back from the higher authority after that there is no call or no response. Again I called to the customer care and registered the same complaint. On that same day evening I got a call, saying that it is from the verification department and call to verify about my order, at this verification and told to cancel the order and request to refund and she agreed it and said I will get call from the cancellation department. No calls received. On the very next day I got an email mentioning that my order and confirmed and will ship it within 5 to 7 business days. I told them to cancel the order and do the refund.
