I have purchased a D & G Watch on 12th June, 2013 from bagittoday.com. The order number is 33048982 and the price I paid was Rs. 4184. I have received the item on 17th June, 2013. I checked the watch and found out the watch I have received is not only a damaged one also a design mismatch. I have sent a detail mail to them (response@bagittoday.com) on 19th June, 2013 with below details. 1. As per image shown in your website the outer border of the dial is black with orange dots. The watch I have received has white border with grey dots which makes the watch ugly. Its design mismatch. Please see the attached image. More over this D&G DW0209 watch comes with black border with orange dots only. I have never seen anywhere white border with grey dots. 2. The bracelet pin is broken. Please see the attached picture. 3. The first button of the right hand side of the watch is not working 4. There is no user manual for the watch. 5. You can see the attached image which I have sent to them at http://sauravsaha.com/D_G_Watch_DW0209.jpg 21st June, 2013, I have got mail from Nikita Jain stating that they have sent this issue to the concerned department and asked me to wait for 7-8 working days. Never got any reply after 7/8 working days. 3rd July, 2013, I have sent them a reminder mail. No reply. 10th July, 2013, I have got mail from Nikita Jain again station that “We make you sure the complaint will be resolved within the given time frame. We would also like to inform you that as soon as we receive revert from the concerned department we shall update you on the same accordingly.” Given time was over on 2nd July only. 10th July, 2013 I wrote to Nikita Jain again – “It’s been 20 days you wrote to me saying that concerned department to investigate the case. How long you want me to wait? No one contacted me since then instead your sales guys calling with various offers.” 11th July, 2013, I have got a mail from Raushan Anand stating that – “We would like to inform you that we once again have taken this matter to the concerned department get the issue resolved on priority basis. We would like to inform you that they will work on this issue to get it resolved at the earliest. We humble request you to kindly allow us some more working days so that they can get back to you with better response. We request you for your kind understanding and co-operation.” Today 23rd July, 2013 I have sent a reminder mail again and till now no reply. Moreover, instead of calling me to resolve the issue, their sales team started calling me with various offer regularly. In fact one sales guy called Jai Prakash told me – “YOU BUY THIS DEAL FROM ME SIR AND DON’T WORRY ABOUT THE WATCH AS WE HAVE ALREADY SENT A NEW WATCH TO YOU AND YOU WILL GET IT WITHIN 24 HOURS”. Can you believe it? What kind of statement was that? I have called their customer care several times, same lady always pick up the phone and whenever I ask her to give me a date, she says give us 7-8 working days a
I want the watch to replaced with working condition and as per the description at their website otherwise full refund.
