I am agent for life and non life with licence no.5476936.Presently my licence is in expired state since jun 2012. I wanted my non life licence to be cancelled which is with BAJAJ Allianz (code-C00BAG00112)and renew my licence for life which is with KOTAK LIFE INSURANCE OLD MUTUAL PLC and cotinue as life agent only. In FEB 2013. I had written to BAJAJ Allianz to cancel my non life licence with them. BAJAJ Allianz has sayig they have terminated my agency with them IMMIDIATE effective.For reasons like v very complicated system of on line training for renewal Icould complete my renwal Life Ins. training by JUN 2012,but I could not renew my Life Ins. agency with KOTAK LIFE INSURANCE OLD MUTUAL PLC as my non life agency shows in force. I have again approached BAJAJ Allianz.They asked me to give an application(plain paper)of the fact. I have given fresh application in APRIL 2013 where the was attached.After 10 days they(BAJAJ)have asked me again to give a fresh application without referring my earlier corresponding with them, which is also given.Now they are asking me TO PAY 5000 RS as a licence termination fee also asking me to return the agreement with them. I have no agreement of BAJAJ with me.Even their ID card renewed in 2012 was with them which was attached to my first application for cancellation. PLese advice/help in cancelling my non life licence so that KOTAK LIFE can renew my life Ins.licence Sir I could not do any fresh business with KOTAK LIFE and my renewal commission also is stuck.
