i had ACTIVETED for CCSI- CREDIT CARD STANDING INSTRUCTION for montly renewal which was not activated properly. everytime i get reminder mess and SI didnt work. i have to pay online everytime. after such harassment i decided to stop ccsi.. now even though i am getting message from company that my card will be debitted. for this i have complained minimum 5 times on call with branch executive, manager and 2 times personally.
