I Mahesh Chand Shukla Central Government employee, presently posted in Agra, my permanent address C-69, Sector – O, Aliganj, Lucknow 226024. Mostly II am residing at Agra during the current period. I had two life insurance policies of M/s Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company, one in the name of my self i.e. Mahesh Chandra Shukla Policy No. Was 0078738697 and second policy in the name of my wife Smt. Meena Shukla policy no. was 0078742516 .Policy commencement date of both policies was 22.12.2007 for ten years and annual subscription was Rs. 50000/- each. We have deposited premium for three years and discontinued it for financial crisis. One person namely Shri P.K. Singh (mobile no. 8687433678) introduces himself employee of M/s Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Lucknow pursued and convince me to switch my old policy to new life Insurance policy of one time premium of ten years. We agreed with him and my wife and I opted for new policies. He came with filled form, we signed form and submitted the required documents, cancelled cheque, and photographs. He also advised me to nominate as nominee my daughter Miss Snigdha Shukla, therefore She also signed the form and submitted the photograph and documents as desired by Mr. Singh. When we reached Lucknow from Agra 11.12.2014, we received two life insurance policies both policies have been issued in the name of Snigdha Shukla my daughter, policy No. are 0319012328 & 0318773904 and policy commencement date are 01.10.2014 and 18.09.2014 respectively. After going through the policy I have come to know that annual premium of my policy no. 0319012328 Rs. 99857.16 and premium paying term is 5 years and for the second policy 0318773904 annual premiums is Rs. 99939.57of and premium paying term is 10 years. After that we have come to know that we have been cheated. Now I would like to surrender our policies and refund of my money. I am unable to continue my policies, as I have no fund to contribute the amount of premium. Company has cheated me and not disclosed the fact properly. This is a fraud therefore you are requested to inquire in to the matter person responsible for fraud may be punished. I am waiting for justice.
