Bajaj Allianz CLAIM APPROVAL / MENTAL HARASSMENT TO A VALUED CUSTOMER.

Dear Sir, This is to put in your kind notice that I Bimal Malik holding General policy number .0G-13-9906-1801-00011110 met with an accident on 5th April, 2013 near Apollo Hospital, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi. I gave my Car at HMPL Mathura Road,New Delhi on 6th April, 2013 and registered for a claim, number OC-14-1101-1801-00000484 . A surveyor ( Mr Nitish Arora ) was appointed on 6th April 2013 itself. On 8th April, 2013 at 4pm surveyor came to inspect the car at HMPL, Mathura Road New Delhi. It is very surprising that the kind of language he used was quite unprofessional. he was talking to service manager in a slang language that let us discuss and enjoy the incident. This is really unprofessional and unacceptable that a person has suffered and they were making fun of it. After taking the pictures there was no communication / approval from his end. On 10th April 2013, I called up the surveyor at 11:30 am for the approval. But, to my surprise his answer was that he would like to visit the place of accident site. Even after confirming the time of the accident site visit he did not come & kept on saying that he will reach in 10 minutes but for your information this continued for whole day and he did not visited the accident site then i made a call to Mr Nitin Arora at your Moti Nagar office and narrated him the entire episode to him, he felt apologized for this incident . On 11th april 2013 at 10:30 am the surveyor visited the accident site and took the pictures of place of accident he committed that he will approve the car claim by 12 noon same day i.e 11th April 2013 .At 3:30 pm i received a call from him that the compete claim cannot be approved .After this i made a phone call to customer care and a new surveyor Mr R.K Jain was assigned for the re survey of my car no. DL 3CBP 3271 . On 12th April 2013 at 5:30 pm Mr R.K Jain visited HMPL and took fresh pictures of the car and said that only three parts (rear bumper, right side rear door and rear right fender ) will be covered in the claim . front bumper, hood and roof will not be covered under the claim.on the other hand he was trying to negotiate / bargain with service advisor that if i am interested in settling the claim from my end then only he will approve denting and painting of car Roof. It is an unprofessional attitude towards a valued customer. It is requested to help me in getting my issue resolved at the earliest .I am suffering since 6th April 2013. At last the incident of accident i have written in claim form is true and i stick to it . Hope to get a positive and immediate resolution from your end . Yours truly BIMAL MALIK 9891287992
