I have purchased a Bajaj Allianz travel insurance policy and currently reside in US for 3 months. My son was hospitalized and he was admitted to hospital and starting from 1st day i was asking various questions regarding insurance policy and being in a different country i did not had enough money to support the hospital charges. Doctor has advised further treatment but as i did not had enough money i could not afford it and Insurance should have covered this but for last 10 days then are just sending irrelevant replies to my queries causing unnecessary Trauma and stress to me and my wife who are very concerned about son’s health.
I want them to apologize and show some concerns to some needy people who buy their insurance and come to a different country in a false hope that insurance will save them in case of emergency
