respected sir/madam, before six month i was buying some consumer product on finance basis by BAJAJ FINANCE,bajaj finance executive told me about a policy according to EMI. and tell me policy cover you and your nominee/wife by all physical and medical aspects like illness/hospitalization /mediclaim etc. i was accepted it and take policy.after five months i request to BAJAJ to send me my policy documents/bond and others.but no response when i try again and again company grievance redressal team send me a mail with a soft copy of certificate of insurance (COI).the policy no and terms/condition does not match with the statement which called by executive when he sell to me that product. policy number is fake because i verify it bajaj insurance customer care on 1800 22 5858 and i was shocked when they asked me the policy does not exist. and it is a death policy only. really i feel that how company or his executive lie to its cutomer to cash the bussiness.
recently my wife is hospitalized and doctor want to surgery/operation and i was believe that i am secured with my health insurance but now i am veary depressed because company cheat with me and no one take to resposibilty of customer and a economic harass beard by me now.
