Bajaj Allianz – Mis-Selling of Policy

This is to inform you that I have received a call from Bajaj Finserv on 12th or 13th November 2013 regarding a Personal Loan. Then they informed me that to avail this loan I have to get a Life Insurance Policy from Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited. The Policy equation is 10% of the Loan amount will be my Policy Premium amount. I have applied for a loan of Rs. 2, 50,000.00(Two Lakh Fifty Thousand) only and I made a Demand Draft in the favour of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited amounting Rs. 25,000.00 ( Twenty Five Thousand) only. After submitting all my relevant documents at the end of November 2013 I received a Policy from Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited at the first week of December 2013, vide Policy name- Bajaj Allianz Invest Gain Economy – Regular Premium, Policy No. 0309043462. After waiting for a certain time when I don’t received any loan I complain to Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited. My complain No is 4707070986 and I request them to cancel my policy and pay me back Rs. 25,000.00(Twenty Five Thousand) only. I also called up my agent Narayan Ch Das my Agent at 09143036075 vide Agent Details No. : 2300036541 to verify the fact but that contact details also is showing fraud. This agent details I have received from my Policy only. On basis of my complain I have received a call from the Customer Care Executive of Bajaj Allianz Life Limited and that person ask for a couple of hours to verify the facts. Then after some time he called me back and informed me that it’s completely a case of Mis-Selling of policy. So when I request them to pay back my money they refused to do so. They instructed me to continue the policy for next 15(Fifteen) years to get the money back. Moreover I have been pressurised continually to take my complain back. Sir, I regret to inform you that as I am running from Financial Crunch I have taken loan to do this policy. So continuing the policy for next 15(Fifteen) years is impossible for me. As it seems that it’s totally a fraud case may I request you to kindly instruct Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited to cancel my policy and refund my money back. I also have the audio recording of the full conversation I had with the Customer Care Executive of Bajaj Allianz where he admit that this is a real case of Mis-Selling of policy. On requirement I can produce the same to you.

Firstly I want my Premium amount back i.e. Rs. 25,000.00(Twenty Five Thousand) with interest. Secondly I am passing through tremendous harassment and mental agony; my case may please be considered sympathetically with reasonable compensation
