I had purchased insurance for my bike online on 9/10 @12.10pm and message I > had received on my mobile is OG_14-9906-1802-00028890, and message which > displayed on screen same which said, the payment details are @ 12.30 p > from corporation bank debit card Rs. 1057 was debited and transaction # > 1228/SB/01/003096 ,hard copy of policy will reach to my residence, but so > for nothing has come.

I policy should be immediately ( hard copy), mailed or double money so that I can buy any other insurance for bike which is mandatory with lapse fine and inspection charges to them
