have sent mail to Bajaj about my concerns, but didn”t get answers for my queries, i have sent mail to ombudsman and IRDA but that didn”t help me, finally i decided to file this complaint in consumer forum, Below are my concerns regarding my claim, 1.Why did they include Nebulization charge is part of room rent? 2.Why did they include Nurse and doctor charges under room rent, since it is not mentioned in policy document? As per my HR, room rent is restricted to Rs. 2000/- per day which is not included any other hospital charges. 3.Why didn’t they pay duty doctor charges Rs. 1200/-? 4.As per Bajaj, everywhere they are telling according to room rent restrictions, what are those restrictions? 5.There was no such limitation where ICU and normal room rent should be the same limit, since it is not there in policy document, why these people are telling both room and ICU limit restricted to Rs. 2000/- per day? 6.Claim settlement taking much time after approval, why it is taking more than a month to receive confirmation/cheque? 7. Why did i get 2 (Nov26th, Dec23rd) different updates from your team, about my room rent restrictions? Could you pleas help me out regarding the above queries. Thank you.
