This is a complaint against Bajaj Allainz
Poddar court Kolkata,
Here we had sent a letter regarding the details of premium paid between 2009 to 2012. The insurance company asks us to go to a third person who is not connected.
Again when I went to meet the branch Manager the help desk female guides us to a clerk and tells us that he is the branch manager, and when we confront her she walks off coolly.
Again the customer care is informed, who ask us to provide the phone number so that they can talk over phone.
I can’t understand as to what I have asked and they are unable to provide.
