I have 3 ULIPs with Bajaj Allianz Insurance Company sold by the Standard Chartered Bank: 0160209908, 0132842390, 0184158148. The premium paid for the last policy was returned to me without any compensation after much battle due to the opacity of the bond. My allegations are against the witnesses & agents, who had signed my policy documents &misguided me by making intentional false verbal promises and fabricating the true values of policies (Perjury IPO 191, 192, 193). As a busy academician, it is very difficult for me to maintain my portfolio, so I depended on Standard Chartered with a full faith. Lastly it has turned into a breach of oral contract as they had made me to sign documents without being given a chance to read it by exploiting my innocence & dependency on them. It is a crime of cheating under Section 415, I.P.C. and as such prima facie amounts to an offence under Section 417.
Keeping in mind the precedence returning the last policy, I wish to get back first two’s full investment with compensation along with a compensation for that returned policy. I need to have compensation of Rs. 20,00000 for causing mental agony etc. by selling ULIPs by verbally suppressing facts. I also wish to know the utilization of allocation charges, taken for these policies.
